Global Report Properties

You use the Global report properties section to create and view the reports, to define the folder in which the reports are saved, to define the date format used in the report, and to define the first-level and second-level headers included in all reports.

Fields in the Global Report Properties Section

Field Description
Create Report Creates the reports listed in the Reports pane, and for which the Active check box is selected.
View Report

Opens the reports, in Microsoft Excel, that have been created, and for which the Active check box is selected.

If a template is defined, the reports are opened with their associated Excel template.

Output folder The folder in which the reports are saved.
Date format

The date format for the reports. Options are:

  • dd/mm/yyyy
  • dd/Mon/yyyy
  • dd/Month/yyyy
  • dd-Mon-yyyy
  • dd Mon yyyy
  • dd Month yyyy
  • mm/dd/yyyy
  • Mon dd yyyy
  • yyyy/mm/dd
Header 1

The text that is written in the first row of all reports.

If you do not type a header, the name of the scenario is used by default.

Header 2

The text that is written to the second row of all reports.

If you do not type a header, the current date and time is used by default.
